• Oil – 3 tsp
• Ghee – 1 ½ tsp
• Bay leaf – 2
• Cloves – 4-5
• Cardamom – 2
• Mace – little
• Star anise – 1
• Kapok seeds – 2
• Dry fenugreek leaves – little
• Mint leaves – 1 bunch
• Onion – 2 medium
• Green chili – 7-8
• Curry leaves – few
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Coriander seeds – 1 ½ tsp
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 ¼ tsp
• Water – 2 glasses
• Cooked rice – 1 glass
• Coriander leaves – few
