It finally happened. We finally had some winter precipitation. As the week went by the snowpocalypse forecasted slowly dwindled down to a couple inches of a winter mix. Not the 8”-12” called for towards the beginning of the week but the kiddos were still able to get out and have a little fun. We decided to revisit the Dugout shelter to use it as a warming station while we explored the snowy woods and thought we would update everyone on how it was holding up through the winter months. Still need to get us a door built and revisit the chinking in the walls, but all and all it’s doing great.
