Punk rock has been around in China for several decades, and this episode catches up with Hell City, a band that has defined the scene for the 21st century. Their mohawks tall and their instruments loud, they personify what it means to be a Chinese punk today. Be careful though when you're out on the town - if you cross them, you may never get out with your soul intact.
