This is a Bob Beck magnetic pulser. Bob Beck indicated that a pulsed magnetic field, of sufficient intensity, had therapeutic value, by creating micro-currents, of electrical current. The Albert Einstein College of Medicine did research, and has published their results about using micro-currents applied to blood, to kill viruses and other pathogens.
The Beck Protocol had 4 parts:
1.) Shocker
2.) Applied Magnetic Pulses
3.) Ozonated Water
4.) Colloidal Silver Water
