Sky's Military analyst Michael Clarke discusses the killing of senior Russian General Igor Kirillov.
Kirillov was killed in an explosion after a bomb was hidden in an electric scooter outside a residential building in Moscow.
The device that killed him was triggered remotely and contained about 300-grams of explosive material, according to the Russian TASS news agency.
A Ukrainian source told Reuters that Kyiv viewed Kirillov as a war criminal and that he was an "absolutely legitimate target".
