BIG Mistake! Oregon 620-120 Chainsaw Grinder - 157

I made a really dumb mistake when sharpening the saw chain on the Oregon 620-120 chain grinder.
The operators manual doesn't mention it and the training video on Oregon's website is wrong.
After I sharpened the chain for my Cord King M18-20 firewood processor, it started shooting wood chips back at me when the saw was retracted. In other words, it was trying to cut while retracting. It's not supposed to do that.
What I finally realized was that the vice was not properly centered on the grinding wheel.
When I was setting the down angle it was 2.5 degrees off in both directions. So the left hand and right hand teeth had different profiles. Different down angles.
