I QUIT Coffee for 21 Months !!! (former caffeine addict)

I used to be a Caffeine Addict, and used to overdose. I read a book called "Caffeine Blues: Wake Up to the Hidden Dangers of America's #1 Drug" Authored by Stephen Cherniske MS. MY LIFE CHANGED & my mind was BLOWN AWAY after reading this book, and finding out Caffeine is harmful. After quitting caffeine, anxiety was gone, ADHD was cured, no more crashes, I was finally able to sleep & beat insomnia. My body changed. My mind changed, more energy, and my mood changed (improved actually). But ... I had the worst withdrawal symptoms!
