Scenes recorded from a day's session at the East Lancashire Railway, on Saturday 20th April 2024.

On her penultimate weekend of visiting from Didcot Railway Centre, as part of her 100th anniversary, Great Western 'Castle' 4-6-0 4079 Pendennis Castle put in an appearance on the steam service. She was supplemented by BR Class 24 D5054 working a separate service, and LMS Jinty tank 47298 on a lunchtime 'Dining with Distinction' excursion to Rawtenstall.

This video (a mix of onboard footage and lineside shots), shows all three locos in action. Locations are Heywood, Bury Bolton Street, Castlecroft, Summerseat, Brooksbottom Viaduct, Ramsbottom, Irwell Vale and Rawtenstall.
