But others, like the 20th century British mystic Caryll Houselander, take a more "everyday" cataphatic or affirmative approach, sensing God's presence in and through the created order. Houselander calls her cataphatic mysticism "Christing": lovingly uniting with Christ's "saturation" of the natural world.
