Formula 1 Main Theme | Drum Cover

With the 2025 F1 season in full swing I wanted to do a drum cover of the main F1 theme track. Theme was composed by Brian Tyler, a renowned American composer known for his work on some of Hollywood blockbusters like Iron Man 3 or Fast & Furious franchise. Recorded with the London Philharmonic Orchestra at Air Studios in London in 2018, with the final mix completed at Tyler’s Los Angeles studio. The theme premiered at the Formula 1 2018 Rolex Australian Grand Prix, marking the first time Formula 1 had an official anthem to open the live international TV feed before each Grand Prix.

I initially planned to do an 'overplayed' cover but eventually settled on a simpler version. It just seemed like a better match for the music this time. I may do a different version one day, just for fun, perhaps before the start of the next season (and maybe make a tradition out of it).
