@brittanyferriesuk operate mv Barfleur on a daily basis between Poole & Cherbourg. She was built in 1992 specifically for the route she still serves today.
Passenger amenities are predominantly located on a single deck meaning navigation is easy and if you have walking difficulties you will not have a problem.
At the forward end of the main deck is a self service restaurant followed by a window lined arcade along the port side, reception with access to the Premium Lounge, shop, tourist information desk, snack bar and family lounge with a children's playroom with lastly the ships bar at the stern.
Cabins and quiet lounges are located on the decks above & below.
Barfleur offers an exceptional amount of exterior deck space to marvel at the passing vistas as you will see in this video.
The Port of Cherbourg is a 20min walk from the city of Cherbourg which offers a marina, Cite de la Mer museum and an array of pavement cafés and bars.
