This week, the Make-A-Wish Foundation partnered with Asheville’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) to help bring one incredible child's dream to life.
With help from Senior Police Officer Ann Aiken and some truly heroic teammates, our officers staged a full-scale "villain battle" alongside four of the actual Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles—flown in by Nickelodeon just for the occasion!
From tactical teamwork to turtle power, this unforgettable day was all about imagination, bravery, and the power of community.
