I Me Mine- The Beatles (Guitar Cover) REDO

I wanted to give you a special video as a thank you

On my first cover of I Me Mine, I used a Gibson Les Paul for the electric guitar. While it's possible George used one for the song, photos from the 1970 sessions show him playing his sanded down Epiphone Casino with taped up f-holes. I also forgot to include Paul McCartney's Martin guitar as one of the acoustics. He used his D-28 acoustic for one of the single note lead lines

For this second try at I Me Mine, I'm using my 2021 Epiphone Casino USA Royal Tan for George's electric parts. I used gaffer's tape on my f holes. This was probably done to reduce feedback, since the Casino is fully hollow

I used the same exact setings as my first video-
the Casino is going into a Klon KTR overdrive pedal, then into the Aclam Dr Robert on a normal setting. My amp is my 1974 Fender Silverface Pro Reverb

It's unclear what amp (if any) George used on this song. Photos show Twin Reverbs at the sessions, but they are incredibly loud and clean amps that are hard to overdrive. It's possible George Martin distorted the guitar after the recording, overloading the console. Or like on Revolution, there was no amp used and George plugged direct into the console and overloaded it

The 1970 photos from that day also show George on his Gibson J-200 and Paul McCartney on his Martin D-28 with capos. There were no capos actually used on this song, the photo was most likely just a rehearsal. Paul and George played the single note lines in unison on their acoustics. I'm using my 1956 Gibson J-45 and 1969 Martin 00-18 as my acoustics this time around
