Culture Over Compliance was born and developed out of a difficult time for me. After a tragic event I had to work with a team for some intense self-reflection to try and understand why this tragedy occurred even though our team was diligent to be compliant with current regulations and industry standards.
The months long investigation and sincere desire to prevent future occurrences led to an understanding that although the training, equipment and reinforcement had been provided and applied over the years, our culture was broken and needed a greater focus to improve behaviors.
This keynote will be a catalyst for your team to cultivate a healthy culture. You will be challenged to commit to new behaviors and take shared responsibility to go above and beyond compliance to a culture of excellence.
