Videos are scarce this year. Either I haven't the time or it's all the same type of work which I've made videos of before. I'll make more, but yeah....I wouldn't be expecting a shot of them now....

No Big Same yet. Got it rewired and gave it a test drive but the clutch not disengaging fully to select your first gear from a standstill. Once you're moving it's not too bad even from forward to reverse. Clutch definitely isn't slipping anymore either anyway. Excess fuel button was stuck when I took it out the other day and there must have been 200hp going through it and no let up from the clutch. It's going to be a serious tractor once it's sorted. With the fuel button not sticking even like...I can't leave it like that...the smoke is tractorpuller spec. Climate-changer.

But in the meantime, had to use the Ford for the harvester again which to be honest is no bad thing, it's set up for it now at this stage. Our system of doing the silage is getting slightly faster every year, did 16ac and got finished before dark and only started around lunchtime. Still not great figures but I'm happy with it. Lighter raked crops are the way forward. Less rows means less maneuvering and messing. That's where most of the time is usually wasted; and breakdowns but only did one shearbolt that day. New one on in less than 10 minutes and going again. Great.

Limit to output now is still trailers even after getting 3 of my own. The ex60 hitachi did something in the track motor as well so the JCB came in to finish it off. Nearly a good thing because the 60 nearly couldn't keep up and a loading shovel packs it better too. JF chops it quite fine which is a small bit of a problem too I think. If I take out the knives though it'll have less blow and they're not a great machine for blow and even my one isn't too badly set either.

This is only one small pit we made, the next day I went and cut another 22ac of heavier stuff 9.5km away from home and it was picked up with wagons. Took about 10 hours for them to clear that. Much faster than the JF. The JF is slow.....

You can see there the Claas tractor, that's the Renault's replacement. Goes ok. It's an Ares 557atz. The neighbour was back with the Massey. The Zetor is still there too, working away although it lost its' grille the other day. Must silicone that back on. That's all that was holding it on originally.

The drone footage was filmed by the 11 year old brother so I think he did pretty well to be honest.

I got the car too. I mean the bit of fun keeps everything going doesn't it. I thought I would give them a dusting but the JF has that much output hai I near put a full load of grass in the backseats, front seats, roof, all over the sandwiches, just everywhere. Felt a little bad after but ach...had to be done. It was such a golden opportunity 🤣 Executed perfectly.
