The video demonstrates how to print jobs stored on a machine, mailboxes, or a USB connected flash drive using a Xerox AltaLink MFP. Users can select the source, browse folders and contents, choose documents to print, and set options like the number of copies, color or black and white printing, and finishing options. Once the options are selected, the documents will print, and users can observe the progress by touching the "view job queue" option.
