The MCF Air Filter and Dust Filter system uses medium pressure air for cleaning rather an conventional compressed air. The system includes a circular casing, which makes the MCF filter extremely robust and easy to install. The product incorporates an improved bag cleaning system which means that smaller filters than normal can be used. Additionally, the MCF does not use compressed air, so valuable plant air is freed up for other applications. The MCF can handle air flows from 20 000 to around 300 000 m3 per hour. The product was designed by Mac Process, specialist manufactures and suppliers of air filtration systems as part of the Schenck Process group.
