This vacuum cleaner hose adapter is designed for hoses with internal diameter of 32mm (1.26”) and external diameter of 39mm (1.54”). In my case it fitted even on a smaller hose – 30mm (1.18”) inner and 36mm (1.42”) outer diameter. The internal diameter of the free end of the connector itself is 32mm (1.26”), and the external diameter is 37mm (1.46”).

The vacuum hose connector is made of faux leather, which improves the flexibility and leads to a better seal. The hose attachment can also be used to extend the vacuum hose by connecting it to another piece of hose.

Using this screw on connector, you can attach your vacuum hose to pretty much any power tool, or dust collector system, just like I did in the video review. If you don’t have the right hose fittings you can always make custom ones yourself, by heating a piece of plastic bottle with a heat gun. As you can see in the video, it’s very easy to make and the hose fittings are pretty tight.
