Heavy rain changed my original plan for Llyn Dinas and Dinas Emrys, but I wasn’t about to waste the day! Instead, I took a short but inspiring walk up the Watkin Path in Snowdonia, as far as the Glasstoe Rock.
Along the way, I talk honestly about my ongoing family court battles, men’s mental health, and how I’ve been coping with life’s challenges. I also share some practical tips on how to waterproof yourself in truly miserable Welsh weather 🌧️ — while showcasing the stunning waterfalls that make the Watkin Path so special.
