The infamous bacon pinwheels from BARE! These were the SNACK OF ALL SNACKS back in 2020. The bacon pinwheels has everyone in a chokehold because of how good they are (and how quick they are to eat!). They’re a perfect afternoon snack for the kids when they get home from school and are starving before dinner and are really food to make in bulk and have frozen, ready to throw in the oven for a quick snack. Pinwheels:
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 spring onion, sliced finely
1 small red capsicum, diced finely
160g bacon rashers, diced finely
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 red onion, finely diced
1⁄2 cup baby spinach
1 egg
40g mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 -2 sheets puff pastry
