Welcome back to the Milsurp Duo YouTube channel. In this video we discuss the final load development for the 38SW cartridge. As stated in Part I, finding 38 S&W these days is extremally difficult. But loading it yourself is the most affordable way to enjoy both the cartridge and this classic revolver. In Part II we discuss shooting undersized bullets cased a decrease in velocity. We also believed in Part II that the jamming issues of the revolver was due to the undersized bullet. That was not the case it was due to some parts not being tinted down and worn parts.
