The last Glasgow derby match of the season was overshadowed by the troubles at Rangers. STV Glasgow's Kenny McKay was there to record the voices of the Old Firm in what could conceivably be the last clash between these rivals.
It starts softly. Good natured insults traded during the Monday morning tea break. Lines drawn and cards are marked.
You're one or the other -- never both.
Opinion passes as fact while the form book is firmly thrown out of the window. Soon the banter will build to a crescendo, replaced by the passion, the out-and-out screaming and ecstasy of the terracing.
Mother Glasgow gets ready as her two sons prepare to take to the field. The Old Firm day is nearing, and everyone knows it. All eyes are on the Scotland's second city for her special Sunday showpiece, the jewel in the crown of the dear green place.
Although the championship has been won and lost, there's still plenty to play for - pride, honour, tradition and bragging rights. But more than that, the real prospect that Sunday's Old Firm match could be the last between these great rivals. Rangers off-field woes have dominated the headlines leading up to the game. Match day was preceded 24 hours earlier by a march on Hampden.
While some just can't get enough, others don't do walking away. It all simply adds to the emotion....
