The DATA Episode: Using Stats to Improve Your Team in FM24 | PAOK | Football Manager 24

Football nerds assemble! Today I'll be talking about using data to identify tactical shortcomings and recruitment needs. We'll start by looking at what I expect from each role within the tactic, and then take a look at each player to see how they are performing against these expectations. We'll then assess whether these are tactical or personnel issues, tweaking our tactics where necessary, and setting up recruitment foci to allow us to improve the team in the long term.
