In southwestern Utah just northwest of Cedar City, is a once prominent semi-ghost town that played a major role in the development of the railroad and passenger travel in a vast desert. Most compelling of the incidents that occurred in Lund, is the story of a poor immigrant with slim chances of survival who came there long ago, and figured out how to cure himself of his fatal disease by using plants in the area.
