モーターのベアリング 交換 Electric Motor Bearings Replacement

三相モーターのベアリング交換をしましたのでその時の模様です。

モーターの状態、ベアリングハウジングとベアリングのクリアランス、ベアリングハウジングの
ベアリングの当たり面等のダメージ、ステーターのスロットとローターが干渉してないか、コイル
にワニスの剥げやコイルの焼けがないかを調べました。

今回は、モーター運転時にガラガラと音が聞こえていたのでベアリングの交換をしました。
Loctite の609ベアリングの接着剤を両側のベアリング（脱脂必要）と両側のベアリングハウジングに適量塗布して手早く組付けました。
ベアリングハウジングの内面が汚いアルミ色で微妙にベアリングとベアリングハウジングにガタがありました。状況ガタにより638、648、等も使い分けてます。

ZZ - 鉄でシールドではないベアリング Metal Non sealed Bearing

※モーターのネームタグにベアリングの型番の表示がない時は、古いベアリングの
シール面または、ベアリングの側面に印字がしてあります。
ベアリングの寸法を測り外形、内径、幅等をインターネットで寸法を打ち込むと
型番が見つかると思います。
または、ベアリングの側面に型番とC-2, C-3等の小さな印字も有る場合があります。
小径、大径のベアリングの価格に関係なくすべて交換をし再利用はしません。

　下記の商品は、焼き付，かじり防止、（食品関係は、フードグレードを使ってください）
※ Bostik Neverseez Regular Grade 80 oz　　◎Loctite Food Grade
ネジ部、ホイル、ステンレス、ポンプ、何処でも使ってます。
数年後のメンテナンスがすごく楽です。新品の品物にも使用してます。
　
下記のベアリングプーラーは、プーラーをよく使う方はおすすめのです。
※ Snap-on Blue point CG-270 12-1/2 ton 3 Jaw
今まで沢山のプーラーを使用しましたが、このプーラーが使いやすく失敗もなく
沢山の物をメンテナンス出来て、プーラーが壊れても部品単体で部品の注文できるので末永く使えます。

I checked to see if the varnish has come off or if the coil has burned.

This time, I heard a rattling sound when the motor was running, so I replaced the bearing.
An appropriate amount of Loctite's 609 bearing adhesive is applied to both bearings (need for degreasing) and both bearing housings for quick assembly.
The inner surface of the bearing housing was dirty in aluminum, and there was a slight backlash in the bearing and the bearing housing. I use 638 and 648 depending on the situation.

*If the name tag of the motor does not show the type number of the bearing,
There is a print on the seal surface or on the side of the bearing.
Measure the dimensions of the bearing, and enter the dimensions of the outer shape, inner diameter, width, etc. on the Internet.
I think I can find the model number.
Or, there may be a small print of the model number and C -2, C -3, etc. on the side of the bearing.
All small-diameter and large-diameter bearings are replaced and not reused, regardless of the cost.

I use the screw part, foil, stainless steel, pump everywhere.
Maintenance after a few years is very easy. I also use it for new items.

I have used a lot of pullers until now, but this puller is easy to use and there are no mistakes.
I can maintain a lot of things, and even if the puller breaks, I can order parts by themselves, so I can use it for a long time.
