Did I Get Scammed?!? I bought two pickups for scrap! But they've been FLOODED!! Will They Run?!?

One of my local scrap guys offered me a 1969 Chevrolet C10 and a 1970 Ford F100 for $400 each. After attempting to get them to run we found out they had both been in a FLOOD!
