This week's video is all about Paula's new Specialized Shiv TT that she'll be racing in the Canadian Time Trial National Championships in Edmonton, Alberta this week. The bike is purpose built for short time trials, and has some major differences from her usual Shiv Triathlon bike. This video is an overview of the differences between time trial bikes and triathlon bikes and specifically the differences between the Shiv TT and the Shiv Tri.
