Each yeast sample, precisely 7 grams, is placed into separate bottles with the exact amount of room temperature water. No additional food is added initially—just yeast and water.
Watch closely as we observe the yeast activation process through a time-lapse method using balloons to capture the gas production. Even with only water, you'll see the yeast come alive, producing noticeable gases.
To further stimulate the yeast, we introduce equal amounts of flour and sugar to each bottle, one by one. After mixing thoroughly and resealing with balloons, we repeat the time-lapse experiment. See how each type of yeast responds differently to the added nutrients, rising to maturity before settling back down.
