As promised, This video follows on from Part 1 which was restricted to filming at Loughborough only.
Now we board the immaculate Stanier 2-8-0 8F 48624 to continue my day at the GCR and once again
with Alan & Granville in charge.
This video covers ....
1) The 13.15 three coach local service terminating at Rothley where after about 35 minutes we depart for Loughborough (down loop) with the 'Windcutter' mineral wagons.
2) The 15.25 'Windcutter' to Swithland Sidings where after leaving them there we return Light Engine to Loughborough.
My thanks as usual to my friend & former BR Collegue Alan together with his Fireman Granville and of course to the GCR for again permitting me to do so.
