Batman’s Greatest Failure is The Creation of Two-Face

Hey Gothamites! The #Batman has faced both triumphs and failures in his crusade for justice over the last 82 years. While certain events and figures within his mythos can be argued to be his great failures, Bruce Wayne’s personal friendship with Gotham City’s District Attorney Harvey Dent, Dent’s mental and physical descent into the villain Two-Face, and Bruce’s guilt over this descent continually more than most puts into question Batman’s overall goals when it comes to his vigilante agenda. In History of the Batman’s new video essay, I explore #TwoFace’s 79 year history in DC Comics and highlight tales that illustrate the struggle the Caped Crusader has with Dent’s fate of being the ultimate obsessor of duality within this universe.
