Martyn Wade's adaptation of Trollope's Palliser novels was broadcast in 2004, and featured David Troughton on narration duties. Wade and Troughton returned in 2011 with this further Trollope adaptation, the tale of a lady who comes into a fortune and finds herself besieged by suitors.
Like Zweig's Beware of Pity (which I uploaded a couple of days ago) this serial was part of Radio 4's 'Neglected Classics' season, which brought largely forgotten works of literature back to popular attention...
