How to Make a 2 x 72 Belt Sander

In this Tutorial I tell How to Make a Belt Sander. This one is a 2" x 72" used for making knives, spurs, and many other items. It is easy to put the belt on and take it off.
Items used: (1) 4" x 2.25" aluminum wheel with set screw, (2) 3" x 2.25" Alum. wheels with bearings and bolts, 4" channel iron, 3" channel iron, (2) 3/4" bore pillow blocks, 3/4" cold roll round rod, Dee Zee tool box lid tensioner shock pn# SL1-70 from TSC, 1/2 hp x 1750 used electric 120 v. motor, (2) 3.5" pulleys, & (1) v drive belt.
