The Sims 4 Modern Farmhouse Luxury | No CC | Stop Motion Speedbuild

I'm back with a new Sims 4 Stop Motion Speedbuild + Tips & Tricks video. In this Sims 4 video I show you the building process (Exterior) and the interior of the build "Modern Farmhouse Luxury" in stop motion speedbuild style. Additionally I added a lot of hints so you can see how I built it and which objects from which packs I used.

The complete Sims 4 House is as always completely No CC! I used cc-free paintings (No CC Gallery Art) to build some designs. But it is completely No CC and can also be used by console players. More information can be found below in the video description :)

This modern farmhouse contains a classy/luxurious interior, which is why I named it "Modern Farmhouse Luxury". It is suitable for a family and despite the luxury interior contains objects needed for farm life.
Since there are no usable cars in The Sims 4 game, I turned the garage into a small separate apartment/loft with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

The hints in the video I have translated with an online translator, for this reason it may be that not everything was translated understandably. My English is not very good and I mostly use an online translator. If some hints/words were not translated correctly, please don't be upset. Please remember that I always try my best to upload good content for you and that I put a lot of time and work into my houses and this new video form.
