When you find hidden treasure!! What makes this photograph so special? First we didn’t see it. We love sourcing Antique Artworks to restore, and once in a while we stumble upon hidden treasure. We’ll reveal the gem in the full episode tomorrow.

Our aim in the restoration process is to alter the original as little as possible and only remove damages. We do not want the artworks to look ‘new’, we want to keep the beauty marks that time leaves. This requires a lot of time and attention to detail, but we love bringing old forgotten jewels back out into the sunlight for everyone to enjoy.
