Kyle Rechlicz talks about the importance of practice planning as she demonstrates practice drills and best practices for planning successful practices.
She just completed her fifth season as head coach of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's basketball team. Rechlicz has made her mark on the program in the last two years, leading UWM to two of the best seasons in program history.
This season, the UWM women's basketball team finished 22-12 overall and made a trip to the WBI post season tournament Final Four. With their first round win over Southern Illinois University, it marked the first post season tournament win for the UWM women's team in the division one era.
