Honda Clone Almost Dropped a Valve - Broken Valve Repair on a DEK Generator

I picked up this DEK generator on Facebook Marketplace for $100. The listing stated that is needs a new head due to a broken valve. I'm not sure it needs a new head, but it defiantly needs some work. Lets try and fix this Honda clone.

I use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner.
