If you cannot afford a gym membership, you can get a functional, full-body workout with one $20 purchase at your local Home Depot or Lowes. Add them into a sequence of burpees, push-ups, planks, and squats, at a challenging but doable number of reps, and repeat your sequence between 3 and 7 times.
