On “My Car Story” we're in Rosemont IL at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals on 11-20-25.
We're looking at a 1966 Ford Shelby Mustang GT350H Hertz in Candy Apple Red Paint. The car comes with the 289 CI V8 HO engine and an automatic transmission.
The car's Owner is Pete Wojtowicz. Pete’s had this car since 2021. Pete has with us Palmer-Hunt Ball and Hunt worked for a Ford Dealer that sold Shelby Mustangs. Hunt would call Carroll Shelby direct and the two had a wonderful relationship. Pete shared the story of his car, and Hunt shares a Carroll Shelby story too.
