How to make Iced Americano at home

I used Espresso Blend by Suwaa Coffee Roastery here in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I’m still following a 1:6 ratio and input is 18 grams, and extraction time is 31 seconds including pre-infusion with a yield of 30 grams. I over done my distribution and my tamping was not ideal and you can see some channeling and spurt on the espresso shot but still it taste good.
