Hi there! Today I decided to show you my great-grandmother's house. I hope I managed to convey to you the atmosphere of this incredible house. My grandmother taught me to cook bread in a wood-fired oven. And now, I want to share this knowledge with you and show the process of making the tastiest pastry for me.
To make homemade bread, I used:
4 types of flour (ordinary, whole grain, corn, rye)
yeast
water
kefir
salt, sugar
sunflower oil
onion (for onion bread)
