Is Frankie Stein the scientist from Skull Shores? (Monster High Theory)

Many, including me, have speculated that Frankie was created from the body of a scientist that explored Skull Shores but mysteriously disappeared. There's an article from the Gory Gazette that people have interpreted to mean that the scientist might be Frankie's mother but there are many inconsistencies with the article and the movie. Admittedly, Monster High has never had the strongest continuity, so maybe this is just a plot hole. But, what if we come at the article from a different angle? What if it actually shows how Frankie could in fact be the scientist?
