Moto Guzzi Stelvio TEST: New Queen of the Mountains?

We tried one of the most anticipated innovations of 2024, the Moto Guzzi Stelvio. A bike that was born with the new liquid-cooled Compact Block engine that we have already seen on the V100 Mandello and which marks Moto Guzzi's return to the Adventure segment with a 19-inch front wheel.

The equipment is first-class, with a six-axis inertial platform, bending lights, cornerign ABS and above all - in the PFF Rider Assistance Solution version - electronic driving aids thanks to the front and rear radars. In its Adventure 900/1,100 cc category it is the only one with a cardan shaft and an electrically adjustable windshield, but we also liked it for its top-notch riding and the fluidity of the engine right from the lowest revs. The gearbox is fine and very smooth, whether the quickshifter (optional) or the clutch is used.

Prices and availability: The price list starts from 16,499 euros ex dealer for the standard version but if you want the version equipped with PFF Rider Assistance Solution and the price goes up to 17,299 euros f.c. Two colors available: Black Vulcano and Yellow Savana. You can already find the Moto Guzzi Stelvio in L'Aquila dealerships.
