Ingredients :
1. Okra ( Ladies finger / Bhindi ) - ( 8-10 pieces )
2. Tomato - 1 ( medium )
3. For making Besara ( mustard paste ) :
Mustard seeds ( 2 tbsp )
Cumin seeds ( 1 tsp )
Dry red chilli ( 2 - 3 )
Garlic ( 2 - 3 cloves ) , Soak all together for 30 minutes and then blend it to a fine paste by adding some water ) - 3 tbsp paste
4. Sun dried mango ( Ambula ) - 2 pcs
5. Sugar - 3 tbsp
6. Fresh curry leaves - 1 stem
7. Dry red chilli - 1
8. Panch phoron - 1/2 tbsp ( mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, black cumin and saunf )
9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Mustard oil ** Recommended
12. Water - 1 glass ( or add as required )
