Check out my 2020 Kona Honzo ST custom build with a Works Components 1.5° angled headset with a reduced offset, 140mm fork.
To summarize:
1) I over-forked to 140mm (raised the front of the bike slightly, dropped me to ~ 67° head tube angle)
2) I converted the fork to reduced offset (more balanced steering feel, slightly raises the front of the bike)
3) I installed the Works Components angled headset (lowers the front of the bike, slackened the head tube angle to ~ 65.5°)
