We found one of the most unique and surprising Vietnam buffets ever, right here in Da Nang! 🇻🇳 This buffet at the Novotel Hotel completely blew us away with its special Singaporean Night theme, featuring an incredible lineup of dishes we didn’t expect to find in Vietnam. From chili crab to laksa and even frog porridge, the menu was packed with bold flavors and rare items you rarely see at hotel buffets.
If you're on the hunt for the best buffet in Da Nang or just want something completely different, this one-off Singaporean buffet at Novotel was truly a hidden gem. Not only did they bring in iconic dishes from Singapore, but they also mixed in some local Vietnamese influences, creating a fusion that was as exciting as it was delicious.
And yes, the frog porridge... we were skeptical at first, but it ended up being one of the highlights of the entire night. Savory, rich, and comforting, it totally caught us off guard.
