Welcome to a great video for someone starting out making walking sticks or canes. Simple techniques to get a beautiful topper and I show the steps needed to fit the handle, sanding and how to add a great detail which is visually stunning to the shaft of the stick.
The top is carved from Butternut and the stick is made from an Ash stick, seasoned and dried.
Finished with Teak oil and 4 coats of Polyurethane for protection.
