TF2 Zombie Escape - S_A_M

Played this map a lot over the years, but never got a video out on it. It was even one of my favorite maps to go Sniper on back under the 32-player cap. But ever since the cap was increased to 64, the experience hasn't been so much fun. The increased lag, jankier hitboxes, and lesser chance for points on headshot due to dealing too much damage just made it less enjoyable.

Even so, this map is pretty fun! I know some of the things ported over are unfortunately broken 🤦‍♂️ or cheesable 🧀, but I enjoy what does work. The exploration, defenses, and general atmosphere of the map make it up for me and worth playing through with a team. Some things just never change though, like people dying to the middle path on stage 1 or people gravitating to lava on stage 4. Like, come on man!
