Getting started with VIALAB
• Have a look at a sample program to get a first impression.
• Each program is divided into the sections "Material", "Method", "Simulation" and "Transfer".
• Material: Define the labware items used in your assay.
• Method: Create pipetting tasks.
• Simulation: Watch a visualization of your program.
• Transfer: Transfer your program to the pipette.

How to create your own program
• Click on "New" and choose the deck which is used on your ASSIST PLUS pipetting robot
• Section "Material": Pick a pipette and tips and place reservoirs, tube racks or plates to the deck.
• Section "Method": Define the volumes which are already in the vessels. Then add different pipetting steps to create your protocol.
• Section "Simulation": Have a detailed look at your program running.
• Section "Transfer": Connect your pipette to the PC via USB or the communication module and send the program to the pipette.
• Run your program: Click your pipette in the ASSIST PLUS and let the robot do the work.
