Dr. Drew Pinsky was born September 4th 1958 in Pasadena, CA. Surprisingly he still lives there. Being the son of a doctor he often went on house calls with his dad. Drew went to Polytechnic High School where he was captain of the football team and the class president. He took up biology at Amherst College and then USC school of medicine. He was later appointed chief resident at Huntington Memorial Hospital. In 1983 still in his junior year of medicine Drew started the radio version of Loveline on KROQ. Dr. Drew is a board-certified internist and an addiction medicine specialist. He hosted VH-1's unique reality show Celebrity Rehab followed by Sober House. He can be heard on The Adam and Dr. Drew Show podcast as well as The Dr. Drew Podcast and his own shows on YouTube and Rumble. He is an American original, a friend and a mentor. Please join us.
