Is This Me or the Holy Spirit? | Feelings vs. Discernment

When trying to discern a matter, the sincere Christian will ask, "Is this me or the Holy Spirit?" All of us have the tendency to try to spiritualize our stubbornness with phrases like, "This doesn't sit right with my spirit." But is it possible that our own feelings can sometimes cloud our discernment?
